Making sure everyone is happy
We’ll also work with you before we start to put together a care plan that everyone involved is happy with and we’ll keep checking in with you once we’ve started to ensure you’re happy with how things are going. We’ll assign your family a care manager who will be a point of call for any problems you might encounter.
